Paying tribute to loved ones who have passed on is a truly meaningful way to honour their memory. Use the form below or call Donations 416-226-3636, ext. 121. You’ll receive a tax receipt for any donation of $20 or more and, if you wish, family or friends of the bereaved will be sent a card notifying them of your gift (never the amount).
